I was there for business with my business partner and my son, staying for five days. The area Roma Norte is fantastic and safe for walking around and the two bedroom condo was clean and full of amenities. There is even a washer dryer for laundry. We were 100% happy with Residencial Condesa and will return next time in CDMX =)

Room was sparkling clean, olive oil thoughtful addition to the equipped kitchen, apt. well designed with high end finishes. Staff very friendly and helpful. Overall excellent experience. When checking in, the sign off acknowledgement of all the items in the apartment makes no sense since you can't acknowledge the items without going through the apartment!

I highly recommend staying at Cuadra 134 to anyone visiting Mexico City. The neighbourhood is amazing and you have countless options for restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. You feel safe because the area is supervised 24/7 and there is always staff at the front desk. The security, housekeeping, and hotel staff are all very kind and helpful. The room was spotless and the bathroom was big and clean. Our room had a kitchen which was very convenient as well as a washer/dryer. Our bed was next to the balcony, so just an FYI that you will hear street noises. It didn’t bother us at all and the balcony was a great space. It’s worth the convenience and comfort.

Nice property—clean and modern. The surrounding area is walkable, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Despite the on-site restaurant, it wasn’t noisy at all.

This was one of my favorite places to stay in Mexico City! The balcony view was absolutely amazing. The host responded quickly to all my questions and was very accommodating with my early departure, which made everything so easy—better than any other place I’ve stayed. The rooms were spacious, the bed was super comfortable, and the whole space felt cozy and welcoming. There were so many great dining options nearby, the property was spotless, and the staff was friendly and respectful. I’d definitely love to come back and stay here every time I visit the city!

I stayed in their studio apartment. The staff was amazingly friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect with a bodega & 3 coffee shops on the block(if you count the Starbucks at the hospital), along with 2 restaurants & an ice cream place. The only things i would change would be... give the customer hand towels., we received 2 bath towels & 1 washcloth, that was it...no hand towels at all. Buy some ceiling to floor blackout curtains, it will help with the noise and of course block the light. Other things I had issues with were just the design of the place, the bathroom needs a pocket door, not a regular door. They have this little bar area with 4 kitchen appliances, but no electrical plug, so you have to bring what you want to use over to the kitchen area where there is a plug.

Great place to stay! The location is very central and walkable, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything you’d need for a week-long stay. My only suggestion would be to have someone give a quick tour of the place at check-in. I was given a list of what was included but wasn’t shown around, so things like the elheater, A/C, blackout blinds, washing machine and even the codes for the elevator and entrance to my room took a bit to figure out. Other than that, it was a really pleasant stay and I’d definitely recommend it.
