The space consists of 2 apartments connected by the building's central stairs, each of 100m2, located on Atlixco Street in the heart of Condesa. Each one has a large living-dining room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms, and 800 mbpsm Internet, ideal for home office.



Condesa is the safest, most hipster and vibrant area of ​​CDMX. Apartments with lots of light, unique soul and vintage decoration. You can move around on foot and explore unique bars and restaurants that beautify the neighborhood.



Important payment and access information:

We do not use Booking’s payment processor, therefore the reservation payment must be made via bank transfer. A security deposit is also required and will be proportional to the total reservation amount. The booking is considered confirmed only once both the reservation payment and the deposit have been completed.



To grant access to the property, guests must complete an arrival form (ID and Selfie) and sign a short-term rental agreement. Failure to complete these requirements will result in NO access being granted to the property.

Each apartment has 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom with a tub, a fully equipped kitchen, a living-dining room with a sofa bed, and real wood floors. All spaces are equipped with tower fans for your comfort.

With a total of 200 m2, it captures the hipster spirit of the neighborhood with its vintage decor and unique details. The quiet streets full of history invite you to explore unique bars and restaurants that enhance the beauty of the neighborhood.

The apartments are located in a 4-story building without an elevator, with one on the first floor and one on the second. * Our building does not have a parking space. There is a public parking lot half a block away for your convenience.

* Atlixco Street does not have a parking meter, so you are likely to find an available space on the same street.

* All rooms have tower fans.

* We have SmartTV with all available streaming services.

* During your stay we can offer you cleaning service at an additional cost.

* The house has a washing machine, a bathtub in the bathroom and a shower with hot water.

* Drinks and snacks are offered in the refrigerator, at an additional cost. Always ideal for a midnight snack or a drink upon arrival.

*An inflatable mattress is available if required, subject to availability and prior notice.
