El hotel bastante bien pero la habitacion entraba demasiado ruido de la calle los pajaros etc y la ducha salia poco agua y dispersa. Pero de resto bien la habitaciones bastante grandes y comodas

Muy mala experiencia con el transporte del hotel bastante limitado. No me gusto para nada el area de la regadera estaba bastante sucio. En lo personal nunca regresaria a este hotel ademas de que es muy caro para no tener transporte y bańo limpio. El manager del hotel me cayo muy bien y una muchacha del hotel que trabaja en el area de transporte me ayudo baste a agarrar un taxi seguro gracias a ella logre llegar bien. De ahy en fuera para nada recomiendo este hotel.

The area around the hotel had a great coffee shop. Other than that. It was just centrally. Located to get to all of the districts. Had jet lag arriving in Mexico from Turkey, and they were nice enough to let me check in early and rest went out at night And they were also nice enough to let me check out late only because they had availability, of course. Kind staff, and the restaurant is great also

Todo estuvo súper excepto que el shuttle se tardó más de una hora en recogerme de él aéreo puerto. Hablé como 5 veces al hotel y según recepción ya estaba lleno y regresaría por mi. Así me dijeron 3 veces y jamás vi el shuttle pararse y recoger pasajeros. Pero bueno en fin .

Todo estuvo muy bien todos te tratan muy bien. El restaurante es muy sabroso. Está cerca del aeropuerto y te transportan fue algo muy agradable. El hotel es muy seguro y sus empleados todos son muy amables y respetuosos. No único que nos hubiera gustado es tener un refrigerador pequeño para mantener nuestras bebidas frías y comida fría ya que está caliente en la ciudad
