Don’t count on the airport shuttle to get you there when you need to. I came down early enough to get on the ride I needed but the earlier shuttle left late therefore mine was running behind. I ended up taking an Uber which was only $34 pesos and got me there in 5 mins! Other than that the room is fine but no much privacy if you are staying with someone else.

This hotel was very convenient for us. We stayed several nights at another hotel in the historic center, but the last night we stayed here because it was closer to the airport. That was a great idea because there was traffic and instead of being a 10 minute drive, it ended up being a 45 minute drive. The staff was very kind and friendly The hotel was very clean and beds very comfortable. The room has sound-proof windows and blackout drapes. We went to the hotel restaurant not expecting much, but dinner was great! My family and I enjoyed it very much. There were two things we didn’t like much though. The shower was part of the room. There is no separate bathroom. The hotel has a complementary airport shuttle, but we didn’t use it because there were many people waiting to use it and we would have missed our flight, so we called an Uber. Overall, we would stay here again.

They didn’t sent airport shuttle, the first room they gave us was a complete mess and the staff was not very friendly. Stay in another hotel please. The room had colored light (red, purple, etc) and the swing on the room was really dirty. The place looked like a motel
