I liked the shuttle service. Very convenient, driver was friendly. Front desk staff was ok but a welcoming smile would have been nice. We had dinner at the restaurant and the food was very good but the waiters were unfriendly, with long faces. Never a greeting, just handed the menu and left. Took our order and left. For someone working for tips, he’s in the wrong business. I tipped him just out of courtesy. Food was delicious. First class. Overall the hotel is nice and the rooms are nicer.

Very nice hotel, location and staff very good, close to the airport and free shuttle. The suggestion would be redesign shower doors, no way to start the shower without getting all the cold water all over you.

Great stay close to the airport.

Had a last minute flight change. So I would have to unexpectedly be in Mexico city for 13hrs instead of 4. I booked this hotel and it was a great price and had airport transport which made the flight situation less stressful. Professional and courteous! Will definitely book again when im in Mexico city

A beautiful and clean place!

We booked this hotel for one night only. Our flight departure was for the next day. Wonderful place to stay. We recommend this place. Just make sure to ask for a room not close to the Main Street due to the traffic noise.
