There is a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. They even have a little kiosk in the airport for the shuttle that’s very helpful and when the shuttle arrives they take you to the shuttle so you don’t have to go find it on your own The property itself is nice just a minor issue with the ac or the stay would have been great. We missed the shuttle back to the the airport but it was a very cheap uber ride to the airport

It was good, but loud due to the traffic but not unbearable. The area is safe and near the airport. Shuttle is convenient and comfortable. I would stay again. The hesitation is due to the staff being a little snobby and did not smile.

The hotel was clean and spacious. There was some difficulty with checking-in with Expedia but nevertheless, it all was situationed. However, the air conditioning did not work well. Even the night we checked in, the manager had a hard time turning it on. Although it was set at a certain temperature, it rose to 28°C/82.4°F.

The instructions to get to the shuttle service was not clear. I've never been to México before & I had to walk all around the airport with my cane ( I have a disability ). I think a sign outside the office airport would be helpful. The lady there was very nice & she got me a bottle of water while i waited. The driver of the shuttle offered some water which is appreciated. The check-in was quick. The front staff could've been more enthusiastic. But friendly. The room was nice & sufficient. I did not like the fact that any one & every one can go out on the balcony & just walk all over. Did not find that very safe even though it can lock. The shower head was horrendous. It was spraying EVERYWHERE outside the door leaving water all over the floor. That was extremely unpleasant. Otherwise we had a pleasant stay.

La ubicacion excelente. Pero de ahi en fuera me prometieron una botella de vino de corteaia y nunca me la dieron. Me dijeron que el servicio de transporte al aeropuerto wra cada 30 minutos y no fue asi. Casi pierdo el vuelo.

Hotel moderno y limpio. Camas cómodas, tv con pantalla enorme. Cercano al aeropuerto Benito Juárez en Cd de México con transporte al aeropuerto de cortesía. Sola advertencia, darse suficiente tiempo para tomar el shuttle al aeropuerto, anunciado cada 30 min, pero en mi caso no llegó cuando anunciado 7:30 sino hasta las 8.
