Very great location, next cafes, bars, stores. The entrance was in an alley with one or tow homeless people sleeping on alley. The alley was cleaned most of the time.

Staff was great. When we checked in, the room wasn't made up, so the clerk got us a new room immediately. Location was very convenient. Hotel was extremely loud. Bring earplugs and you'll be fine. Internet worked very well. The room was very stuffy and hot even in November. The windows opened to the atrium and there was no a/c. Shower and water were great . Bed was hard, but comfy.comfy. the towels were awful, butnclean. Breakfast was ok. Limited options, but really goodneggs and refriednbeans, cereal and fruit. The room is very small for two people, and the window faces the inner courtyard and aisle. So if you want to open the window, you need to give up privacy. The staff were kind and helpful.

Karla at front desk is amazing! I love the convenience of connecting with front desk through whatsapp! Room and safety was great. It is noisy as you are in downtown. but prevented with closing windows. Fan was nice. AC would be needed in summer, there was no AC, we did not need it. The food is so good on 5th floor. Coffee 24 hrs is amazing. I really like to hotel location, we walked everywhere. For further out places uber was easily and inexpensively taken.

The hotel price is good, location is in the middle of Mexico City but is too basic. It doesn’t have even ice cubes. Breakfast in not good and the beads are all new but super uncomfortable. Is like you are sleeping in a pece of wood. The rooms doesn’t have AC and the temperature in my room was approximated 76 F

En general, tuve una buena experiencia. Lo que puedo destacar como positivo es la limpieza, la amabilidad del personal y el café que estaba muy rico. Como oportunidad de mejora considero que a futuro deberían invertir en instalar unidades de aire acondicionado en las habitaciones para las temporadas de calor. Mi única queja es que durante las noches se escuchaba el ruido de alguien taladrando. Nunca supe si provenía del hotel o de la calle, pero sí fue muy molesto.
