The staff was good. The room was nice, but it was too hot and opening the window let in a lot of noise from the court yard. I liked the breakfast, but noticed eggshells in the eggs too often. I liked the location.

Very great location, next cafes, bars, stores. The entrance was in an alley with one or tow homeless people sleeping on alley. The alley was cleaned most of the time.

Staff was great. When we checked in, the room wasn't made up, so the clerk got us a new room immediately. Location was very convenient. Hotel was extremely loud. Bring earplugs and you'll be fine. Internet worked very well. The room was very stuffy and hot even in November. The windows opened to the atrium and there was no a/c. Shower and water were great . Bed was hard, but comfy.comfy. the towels were awful, butnclean. Breakfast was ok. Limited options, but really goodneggs and refriednbeans, cereal and fruit.
