We did the reservation by mistake to mexico and we ask them a day before for a refund they won’t accept and we ask them to get first night and cancel the rest they didn’t accept

I had prepaid my reservation in advance, yet I was charged regardless, and I had to request a refund to recover my payment. Furthermore, I had requested an upgrade with a superior view and a king-size bed, for which I was charged $175.00; however, I received the worst view in the hotel, and my request for a king-size bed was denied, with no effort made to provide a better service. I do not recommend this Hotel and I highly recommend you to make sure they don’t double charge you for the stay
