Good clean stay in the Escandon area. About a .5-1.2Km walk to most places to eat that are hyped on social media. The area did seam safe.

I used the subway station at Patriotismo and really loved the Mercado next door. Hotel also gave my friend a parking spot when we had lunch in the neighborhood.

Would definitely stay here again. Excellent staff. We stayed in the premium room which was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is filling and has plenty of options.

The hotel needs a lot of up lifting. The first room I check into, the air conditioning was broken. They tried to check it and found that the compressor was not working. So, they switch me to a different room on the second night. The other room was better, but the phone never worked, and they would never hear me I called down to the front desk for any questions. Plus, the WIFI IN THE HOTEL WAS A NIGHTMARE. For anyone that is in Mexico City for business do not stay at the hotel. Their Wifi NEVER worked.

Wonderful reasonably priced hotel near Condesa

Very nice hotel in area next to Condesa. Good breakfast buffet included, with fresh orange juice and a changing set of freshly prepared dishes. Maid service daily and excellent. Very good value. Quiet rooms in relatively quiet and low traffic residential neighborhood. Spanish knowledge useful but not absolutely necessary. Front desk (24/7) staff all had decent English skills. Would definitely return to Kali Escandon in the future.

I was not happy that the reception did not give me change for the Uber upon arrival. I also was not happy that the sitting area was not available in the lobby. - HOWEVER, I loved the cleaning staff and how well the hotel floors were.

The room was great, convenient location for the reason of the trip, great service from the staff and breakfast was good, the only negative thing was the wifi, we stayed in the 4th floor and it didn't work for any of the days we were there.

My stay at Kali Escandón was pleasant. Staff is amazing, friendly, helpful and accommodating. Cleaning staff is very attentive and nice. Hotel is close to various dining options, I would recommend Funk Rock Cafe (good burgers). Kali restaurant has good food as well. Hotel is also close to a park if you’re looking for a walk/run. Only issue I had was with the internet which was spotty.
