Can’t find where to enter

First of all, you can’t find the door to enter! There is no name of the hotel and the number is up high but not near the entrance door. It’s closer to a large driveway door. When I told them this, they just laughed and said yes, other guests have mentioned it also. I suggested they take a piece of paper and write the number on and tape it to the door bell. They just stand there and giggle. Luckily, they gave me a room on the first floor. My friend had to carry his suitcase up 3 flights of uneven stairs. I couldn’t find a light next to the bed. I asked at the front desk if they had a lamp, he said no. Later my friend told me that there is a lamp in the top of the headboard. The switch was on the other side of the bed. The guy at the front desk could’ve mentioned this. There was only 1 electric outlet, by the light switch.

I loved my stay. The hotel was recently renovated and tastefully decorated. Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff are professional and nice. My room was spacious and quiet.Wifi worked great. Bathroom has rainfall showerhead and hot water worked well. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, with lots of nice restaurants and shops nearby. Would definitely stay again!

Me gustó mucho por la decoración y lo limpio. Lo malo es que se escucha en tu habitación TODO lo que pasa en las otras habitaciones, parecen de cartón las paredes. Quizá serviría tener al menos un ventilador en la habitación, ya que no cuenta con aire acondicionado y en época de calor debe ser horrible dormir así. Está en muy buena ubicación, tiene cerca muchos lugares para comer, hacer compras, tomar café, tomar cerveza, tacos, etc.

La mejor ubicación en todo cdmx

La mejor ubicación en al Ciudad de México, cerca de mazaryk, polanco y condesa, si piensan caminar no hay mejor ubicación que la de OYÓ; el personal muy amable y el hotel muy bonito también, lo recomiendo bastante.

Take your business elsewhere. I made my booking two weeks prior. when I got to the hotel, they tell me it was overbooked and just like that I was on the street. Niether the hotel nor expedia assumed any responsability. I have no words to describe how we feel. Our limited vacation got even shorter after these people decided to overbook the hotel without letting those affected know on time to plan accordingly. I wont ever use or recommend expedia nor this hotel.
