Our guests will have the opportunity to enjoy all areas of the house; our goal is for them to fully savor their stay with us. From the six rooms and four full bathrooms to the beautiful terrace, we ensure their complete rest in the city.



All areas are available for guests to make the most of and feel at home. Whether for relaxation or preparing for their day, they can socialize in our private and comfortable spaces.

Getting Around:

There are many ways to explore the city: the metro, the Metrobús, and even Ecobici.

We also recommend Uber.



Other Things to Note:

**Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes.



*In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing that best suits the climate :).



*Mexico City has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will remain attentive at all times.



*We provide one towel per person per stay, most of our apartments have washing and drying machines or are located close to a laundry.



Interaction with Guests:

Mexico City is full of culture, gastronomy, and art! La Condesa is a central area with a wide variety of places to explore and visit. We will provide you with recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area, as well as in the most popular neighborhoods in the city.



Additionally, we will be attentive to anything our guests may need :). Our online availability hours are from 9am to 10 pm.



Security Deposit

For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to place a security deposit hold. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released after checkout, provided there are no damages or breaches during the stay.



The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.
