Clean basic room (without windows - probably room type I picked to save cost) but modern and nice bathroom layout and very nice shower. Very clean, and all amenities you need. Bed was a little hard but slept well regardless. For the value its a very good choice.

The hotel was great in every way, except I should’ve upgraded to a window balcony from day one if you don’t mind not having your window in the room is great next time I would stay there but only with the window or the penthouse suite

Room was beautifully desigmed and generally it was well maintained. The area is really close to the park and museums, many walkable. We had a hard time sleeping though as the insulation between rooms is light so we heard tv and loud conversations from the room next door. If they could fix these acoustic issues i'd stay there again.

Stay was great, staff was a tentative and had a great area close to everything you may need. Only issue is that the restroom is devided by a curtain which is ok if its just you and significant other not so much in a group.

Good value and nice rooms for the price. There is a LOT of traffic noise - and I was in a high up room! It made it hard to sleep. They could also offered some more English tv channels and minor details but the noise was the main draw

Nicely appointed room with mini kitchen and separate seating area. Balcony was nice but faced busy street and was loud. Even with windows closed, street noise was loud. Bring earplugs for sleeping. Nice lounge area outside of fitness center. Location was great with restaurants, shopping nearby. Also, close to the park.

This is an incredible place to stay. I can't speak for all rooms but ours was superb, a massive 55m2 with a corner and morning sunshine. I felt like I was in a NY loft apartment, gazing out over the city. The amenities were spot on, the bed comfortable and warm and I only wish we made use of the rooftop terrace which looked an oasis. We love to eat and so proximity to the sensational Bosque Chapultepec was another top feature of this location. My wife and I are already talking about our next visit to CDMX and to stay in this location - we never do this. The staff were friendly and helpful and the place is very safe. Can't recommend highly enough.

Overall a good space but the cleaning was not good. When we got there there was hair all over the floor and for some reason they only gave us two towels and one hand towel. Next day hand towel was missing when they replaced etc. didn’t replace lotion, or kitchen one towel that’s there, and only one key for elevators. Basic
