We are pet-friendly! We welcome small pets for an additional fee of $200 MXN (up to two pets) and $75 MXN per extra pet.

Guest Access:
During your stay at "Granja El Sol," you'll have full access to all areas of the property, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience:

Entire House: Includes 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining areas, and a TV room.
Outdoor Spaces: Enjoy the terrace, garden, and parking area, which accommodates up to 6 vehicles.
Pet-Friendly Areas: You’re welcome to bring small pets for an additional fee.
We are here to assist you with anything you need during your stay.

The Neighborhood:
The center of Xoxocotla, Morelos, is just a 12-minute drive away, where you can explore a variety of shops, restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlors, banks, movie theaters, and more. For your convenience, the nearest supermarket is an Oxxo located on the Jojutla-Alpuyeca State Highway, just 9 minutes from the property.

Getting Around:
The property is approximately a 37-minute drive from the Cuernavaca bus terminal. For ease of access, we suggest arriving by car, whether through a mobility app or by renting a vehicle from a local car rental agency. This will allow you to explore the area comfortably during your stay.

Other Things to Note:
Our neighbors are very important to us, so we kindly ask you to be respectful and keep noise levels down between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM.


Firewood has an additional cost of 150mxn

Good news, we are a pet-friendly property! We welcome small pets for an additional fee of $200 MXN (up to two pets) and $75 MXN for each extra pet. Please remember:

Bring their bed for sleeping.
Pets should not be on sofas, beds, or furniture.
Clean up after them; otherwise, a $1,000 MXN fee will apply.
Any damages will incur repair/replacement costs.
We also offer a bundle of firewood with marshmallows for $200 MXN.
Access to the property is via a rural road, where you can find different animals such as rabbits, quails, etc.
