Cozy cottage Style home with She Shed, walk to Coffee Cafe and Park

This cozy cottage style home offers so many amenities! Very comfortable beds! Great AC and Heat! Nice hardwood floors throughout the home, with a beautiful, custom-made decors, including hand painted headboards! The backyard is almost magical, with a nice, covered wood deck, seating for 6,under huge shade trees! Large patio for grilling and visiting under the shade tree. New indoor/outdoor grill! There is a Flagstone Breezeway adorned by potted plants and metal art. You feel soothed and rested by the comfort of the breeze, wind chimes, and the trickling sound of the water fountain close by! There is a friendly woodpecker that will chat with you at times, welcoming you to his surroundings! To the right, you will find the complete makeover transition from a storage building to a She Shed that will sleep 4. The home has 3 bedrooms but the She Shed will give you 1 more private area if needed. A lot of time and work has gone into this space, and I hope you find it magical too!The Shed Shed does have a 75.00 added fee for your entire stay if you wish to use this space. The loft has a comfortable gel queen mattress, and the living room has a fold down Futon. This space will sleep 2 to 4. Just down the street is Jaycee Park, which is walking distance, and the Lighthouse coffee cafe is just across the street. there is no need to get into your car! They have live music on the weekends as well! Just a mile down the road is the downtown Midlothian, we have lots of nice shops, and fabulous eateries! Be sure to visit the Founders Row, with a fine Seafood restaurant and several more! For night life, the Union 28, has a restaurant and outdoor music! Heavens attic is a nice resale shop, that you're sure to find something you'll want to take home!The garage is included, so you have extra parking. All Led lighting throughout the home and motion lights for nighttime passage. Located a mile to shopping in downtown Midlothian, schools, and HWY 67. The home has many amenities, including full kitchen appliances, new pots and pans, dishes, charcoal, and electric grills! Stocked bathrooms with new towels, bath gels, shampoos, conditioner, cotton, Q-tips, facial wipes, etc. The garage space will fit 2 small cars.The driveway will hold 4 vehicles. If you have any questions, feel free to ask! There is also extra folding blue cushion beds in the bedrooms that can be used in the living room, for added sleeping area!There are 2 close wedding venues, one down the street, called Bella Woods, it beautiful and they rent their venue out for many other things too! Check it out if your not pressed for time! Another venue is Blainestone Lodge, just 8 miles south!
