My place is within a block of the new Fiserv Forum, UW Panther Arena, Old World 3rd Street Entertainment District, Wisconsin Convention Center, PAC, Marquette University, MSOE etc.. You’ll love my place because of our condo style setup (NO kitchen but wet bar and microwave), hardwood floors, and new furniture. Large windows and high ceiling add to the warmth of this National Historic Building in the heart of downtown Milwaukee. Save on booking two or three hotel rooms with one amazing spot.

The building was built in 1889 by the Schlitz Brewing Company as a tavern to sell their beer with a hotel located upstairs. The 2 floor space has been transformed into a 1300 square foot suite with all the luxuries of high end hotel. The high ceilings and layout are just amazing and being so close to the BMO Bradley Center and Old World 3rd Street makes it an ideal location when visiting Milwaukee. You cant find a better location in the heart of Milwaukee.
You will have complete access to your portion of the 2nd floor. You will be provided a punch code for 2nd floor access and also for your own suite.
Being a Milwaukee native's and working downtown, we can give you decades of Milwaukee knowledge and experiences to enhance your trip and stay. We have connections to nearby restaurants if you would like to head out on the town.
Our Location is a half block from Old World 3rd St which is Milwaukee's most diverse and popular restaurant and entertainment locations. There is plenty of day shopping at the Cheese Mart, Usingers, or Spice House. For dinner you have Maders, Whose on third, Oak Barrel, Taco Mikes, Carsons, Punch Bowl Social. Late night you have Who's on 3rd, Red White and Blue Bar, Tavern, Brat House to name a few. You cannot find a place closer to the Fiserv Forum or UWM Panther Arena, they are literally next door.
There is a bus pick up a block away on the corner of Old World 3rd and state Street. There is plenty of Uber or Lyft ride service available. Also a block away at the Hyatt several taxis are usually sitting and waiting. You are within a mile of walking to a lot of what Milwaukee has to offer. The River Walk that goes up and down the river is a block away.
There isn't parking included in the stay. We do have a private garage that is a block away that can be rented. Please message us the rates. There are some lots very close by that you can keep your car. The parking on the street is not allowed from 3a to 6a.
Our Condo style unit is located in a Restaurant and Bar district and has noises outside that are associated with city life and business operations. We have found that trash pick up on Mondays can happen between 6am and 8am along with deliveries throughout the day. We have provided sound machines, fans, and ear plugs for those who are light sleepers or accustom to complete silence.

201- 2 Bedroom Suite next to Fiserv Forum offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
