Our mezzanine studios, accommodating up to 4 people, offer all the comfort you need for a successful stay. Each includes a fully equipped kitchenette, a south-facing terrace, a double bed, a dining area in the living room, and a bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink. The mezzanine features either a double bed or two single beds, depending on the chosen studio.

Located in the heart of our residence with 11 units, just a few steps from the beaches and the center of Mimizan Plage, you’ll enjoy the perfect location for a car-free vacation.
