My dinner was delivered to the front desk. My room number was on the outside of both bags. Not one phone call. And then when I asked them about that, they said it's not their job I mentioned. Are you not in the hospitality business? Where they continued to argue with me. I was checking on my booking. Just to make sure because I'm old. It was 215I wasn't checking in. They were upset. I tried to explain. I'm just making sure you got confirmation that I have a room. And they said, it's $20 to check-in now. Again, attitude, angry unhospitable. I should have pulled it and went somewhere else

The staff support was awful the dude at the front desk told me and my husband lies and wouldn’t help us and then told us it wasn’t his problem if we went out into the blizzard and then our room didn’t have hot water or heat and they were very disrespectful.
