Didn't use the hot tub or anything the first night we came to check in clerk was very nice and helpful next day we stayed and we were putting our information in hotels.com and Brittany the clerk from the desk came up and said if we didn't have our information by 1:15 we had to leave went to store to load card she checked us out came back they said they could not find our reservation that we paid for so they said we had to leave I showed them my reservation that I paid couldn't find it then he finally found it because they put my last name first instead of my first name never apologized or anything very rude I told them I could go to another hotel and be treated a lot nicer than this one other than that everything was very nice except for the day clerk are very rude and don't appreciate the business that they're getting and treat the customers like we owe them or something

Travel very often for work and always stay at this hotel. It is always clean, quiet, the room are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The staff is friendly and the continental breakfast has more options than a lot of places.
