People were very kind. Our room was not cleaned after the first night which is fine had our garbage been emptied and new towels provided. I had to ask for towels and only given 2.

At first my husband couldn't find any parking. The hallway carpet to our room smell moldy. Our room carpets looks like dog pee spots. The hotel policy charge $30.00 fee for dog and those fees for cleaning dog pees. The bathroom shower top is moldy. One of the clothing wood hanging is broken in half and the coffee in room bottom is stain yellow and not clean. The bed sheet have some stains and the bed is little hard tk sleep on. Definitely me and my husband never stay again.

When the hear was turned on the smoke detectors went off. Room was at 60 degrees when we arrived. Had to sleep in sweat shirts and pants. Fridge made horrible noises and had to be unplugged

I didn’t like how the bathroom fan didn’t work at all, the conditioner was half empty when we got there! And then the floor tile kept losing pieces ! I did like how nice the staff was and how they greeted me! They did keep the lobby very clean! And the breakfast included was a nice treat!
