The hotel is a little dated. Not the most comfortable beds. The bathroom could have been cleaner (a little mold in the shower). There wasn’t security in the elevator (key cards not required) and the door is the older style key card in the slot style instead of tap or smart phone unlock. My room was fairly loud, both from external noise (sirens) and the room next door woke me up at 2AM. The hair dryer was nearly fried and became extremely hot - bring your travel dryer if you need one! The food in the restaurant was mediocre but at least I didn’t have to leave, there was even a full bar. Nice valet service. All the staff I interacted with was nice. There are nicer places nearby, but this works if the price is right or other places are full. I came for a conference- it is a very short walk to the convention center.

I liked the fact that although there was a Vikings game on the evening I arrived, in my room there was no issue with noise from the fans. I also enjoyed the restaurant in the lobby which I dined in three times. The food was great!

Staff was very helpful and respectful. There was a spill/stain on the wall the the left of the beds when sitting on them in room 517 which could have been cleaned up a long time ago. Beds were very firm but at least the blackout curtain worked well. The lamp between the beds was difficult to figure out as well but finally did. Very confusing setup/area to get into the hotel. I missed it a few times and road construction on 3rd that wasnt updated on map apps made me have to drive in unsafe areas. Wont stay in downtown area ever again due to that experience. Rather stay in outskirts and drive to venue which is what ill do in the future

Staff incredible- very helpful and pleasant, that’s the major plus Location is central enough and within a stone’s throw of the convention center. The hotel property itself was clean but getting a little dated and would benefit from a refresh. Main drawback is that it is NOISY. I heard ambulances etc. all night. Quite unpleasant but maybe it depends which side of the hotel you’re on.. beware
