The maintenance staff uses a chemical for the drains that mixes with the bacteria in the pipes which causes a "Rotten Egg" smell, which is ultimately Hydrogen sulphide. We switched rooms and the smell was still there. It gave us headaches and there was no air to circulate our hotel room... The " Manager" assured us it was safe... but it definitely was not. Very poor customer service goes to the manager of the property. Front desk staff were kind & great.

Onsite parking was convenient and a cheaper rate than using nearby ramps. Could hear hallway noise at night. No continental breakfast which is a bummer. Our room still had items in the fridge from the previous guest. It's VERY convenient if doing anything at the Xcel though and will stay here again.

I stay here every year for a conference down the street. It is easy and convenient. The bar in the hotel is great and saves having to figure plans out. I'll continue with it as my choice for events and needs in the area.
