I read on their website ahead of time how the easiest way to get in the parking garage and that was a lifesaver! Staff was friendly but check in process seemed rushed. Room was extremely clean and quiet nights rest. Would definitely stay there again!

If you are going to watch hockey at the Arena, this is the hotel for you. This was by far the easiest and most stress free experience I had staying away from home and going to an event. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful, the place was really clean. The room was immaculate… honestly amazing stay. Oh, and parking was EASY!

Disappointed this time

I've stayed at this Holiday Inn a few times, but unfortunately this was the last time. The first room had a non-functional shower, so they moved me to a different room. That room had a functional shower, but the drain in the tub was clogged, resulting in standing water inches deep in the tub. The bathroom sink also had very little water pressure or flow.

Front desk associate who checked me in was very professional and helpful. Evening desk staff and security...kinda sketchy and goofing around with each other in the lobby at 11:30 pm. Noise from Wild Bills attached to the lobby was insanely loud. I mean, if I was arriving to check in at the hotel and was greeted by that noise and chaos, I'd go find another hotel. Room was exceptionally clean and neat. Loved the larger size refrigerator. Housekeeping staff was way to loud in the morning talking to each other down the hall. Parking facility was fine, but had trouble with the barcode pass you need to get in and out of the stairwell to access the ramp. It didn't work half the time. I dislike that IHG/Holiday Inn doesn't give you rewards credit unless you book through them. I mean, what's the point?
