The front desk attendant did not give clear directions on the parking for stay, park, fly. We asked specifically about shuttle to Terminal 2 which he said was on the hour/half hour but when we got to the lobby in the morning, it was on the 1/4 and 3/4 hour. There was also an event at the hotel which made it almost impossible to find a parking spot which we had to pay for.

I have stayed at this Hyatt dozens of times. This was the worst stay ever. Ashley the bartender was EXTREMELY rude. She poured us four drinks with Coke syrup nearly empty. And, it was VERY obvious because the drinks were almost clear. Then, she ignored us when we spoke directly to her three times – very politely I may add. The fourth time I addressed her when I got up to go outside to smoke and said very loudly that I wouldn't be paying for the drinks if they weren't fixed by the time I returned. My wife and a friend stayed at the bar and when I returned, my wife said Ashley apologized and offered us diet Coke in fresh drinks instead since the regular Coke tap was out. We had our drinks, charged them to our room, and my wife convinced me to tip her because she was nice even though she had been extremely rude to begin with. Upon walking away, she was talking smack about us to other patrons. Totally inexcusable in my opinion. If I had more time, I would have spoken to a manager, but it was late, we had an early flight, and the front desk staff was occupied. I don't know Ashley's last name, but she needs a lesson in manners and bad-mouthing guests. (Or at least learn to wait until the people she's talking about are out of earshot.)

Nice place. We were only there for a few hours due to an early AM flight. The only issue was that parking wasn't included, which most hotels in that area include.

The hotel was quiet and clean. The restaurant/bar had very good food for supper and a good breakfast. Paying for parking when it was just an open lot seemed odd. Otherwise the stay was positive.

The staff were incredibly kind, thoughtful, and went out of their way to make our stay a wonderful experience. A couple of our days started really early, and though breakfast starts at 7am, they went out of their way to start breakfast 30 mins earlier, just for us. On another day, we got back to the hotel at 1030am and were they graciously kind to bring out the remaining hot, breakfast food and drinks (breakfast ends at 10AM), just for us. You do not get that type of service anywhere these days. Only reason why they receive 4 stars is that the rooms are a bit outdated. Our room keys would not work every from time to time, and we needed to update them 2-3 times. Nevertheless, the property is very clean and I would definitely stay there again.

Overall, I would stay there again !

Stayed here 3 days while visiting St Paul. It was a decent stay. Restaurant and bar downstairs, snacks and sodas for sale and charged to your room. I felt safe as my daughter asked at the desk for my room number so she could surprise me, but the front desk would not give it out. To go up on the floors via the elevators, a key card has to be scanned. Grat shuttle to the airport, front desk staff was super friendly. The bed was not the most comfortable and the bedding was not warm enough. The comforter was more of a springtime weight... not for a February Minnesota winter. Overall, though, a good stay!
