Quiet and lovely property. Do not follow the instructions for taking the airport shuttle to the hotel. It is incorrect. You have to go downstairs FIRST following Ground Transportation signs. Then you take an Up escalator to Hotel Shuttles. Follow the signs that say Hotel Shuttles and Gold Parking (NOT Gold RAMP as noted in the instructions.). Food is good, wine is good, beds are fine! Nice hotel!

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The bartender made an excellent bourbon old-fashioned. The Hyatt Regency Bloomington is an excellent place to stay the night before an early flight out the next morning. The shuttle was convenient and we appreciated being able to leave our car in their lot at a very reasonable daily fee.

Extremely disappointed with Hyatt. This location claims to be a 4-star hotel, but it completely fails to live up to the Hyatt Regency standard. From the moment I checked in, the experience was subpar. The front desk agent, Tu, was unprofessional, dismissive, and either poorly trained or simply unwilling to help. It felt like I was being fed excuses rather than solutions. When I asked about basic amenities, I was met with blank stares and vague answers. For a hotel that advertises itself as 4-star, not having something as standard as slippers is embarrassing. I’ve stayed at countless hotels in this tier—Hyatt and otherwise—and this is the first time I’ve encountered such a lack of attention to detail, hospitality, and basic comfort. Hyatt should seriously reconsider keeping its name attached to this property. It does nothing but damage the brand’s reputation.

This hotel is fantastic, I highly recommend you anybody especially if they have an early morning flight. All of the staff was dressed sharp and very friendly. The restaurant inside is fantastic. Great food options. I had the steak and potatoes and it was very tasty! The rooms are very spacious and the beds are nice and big. I will definitely visit again the next time I fly out of Minneapolis!

I liked staying there and will again. The only complaint I would say the pick up shuttle from the mall of America did not come on time at the end of the day. We have to wait an hour for it
