Thought the hotel was decent. Rooms were quite dusty though, and the one working elevator is an absolute nightmare. The 15$ a day parking is also quite ridiculous. Not like you are staying in downtown Minneapolis! Other than that, hotel was fine. Was quiet for as busy as it was.

Upon entering, we were told that the elevators two of the three were broken and that they would be fixed immediately we were staying till Monday and they still were not fixed so it was a hassle and we took the stairs a lot of the times as we were on the fifth floor upon entering the room. It was hotter than normal. We were informed that the AC was also broken and that they were working on it and it still was kind of muggy the whole time of our stay. We waited in line for breakfast for about 45 minutes and then left to go to the corner store and came back and it was still tremendously long. The man who greeted us was the only nice person that we had interaction with from the staff. it wasn’t a terrible stay, but it wasn’t pleasant. I would only give it two stars if I’m being honest.

The outdoor temperature was 45-65 degrees and when checked into our room, our room was 85 degrees. There was no way to switch from heat to air. After 2 conversations, we switched rooms where it was still 75 degrees. It then took two calls to get the fan delivered.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Good shuttle service, clean room, all the amenities we needed. Comfortable bed, lovely lighted green space outside our window. Enjoyed breakfast. Arrived too late for dinner at the restaurant.
