The first room was all tore apart, the AC was sitting in the middle of the room, and the 2nd room the tv was on the floor and the door know fell off. It’s usually a lot better than that we stay there often

The front desk staff were rude. When we checked in, they walked away while we were speaking to answer a phone call or talk among themselves. Even when we call to request something, they hang up before we’ve finished our sentence. Their behavior made it feel as though we were being treated poorly for no reason, as if we didn’t deserve basic courtesy. Additionally, the parking is expensive.

The staff at the front desk gave me a hard time after I present my valid if which was a temporally paper Id with my information that’s also matches my credit card. I was told by him that the Bloomington police doesn’t allow paper id only hard copy and he told me my id was not valid so I proceeded to call the police department and they told me they never heard of that. Before my phone call to the authorities he told me to call the manager but they are not here and leave a voice message but after my call with the police he called the manager and also I asked him to call Already and he said he couldn’t until I called the police. The manager needed uo telling him it is possible for me to get a room because it is valid and everything matches. This was a rough time for me because he just started to lie to me on Multiple occasions I will not be back at that location.
