The home is conveniently located in the heart of Maple Grove and is a short distance from Arbor Lakes ​shopping/dining, walking trails, parks, and stadiums. It is also within 30 minutes of the MSP International Airport and the Mall of America. The main level features a formal dining room, informal dining area, two living rooms, and a ½ bathroom. First, I have to say Janine is a Super Premier host. Have stayed in this home several times and we have arrived to a warm welcome each time. Home is clean and ready for us to stay in. Kitchen is equipped with most of what you need to prepare meals. Plenty of living space for a large group to spread out if they want. Being able to park in the garage is a plus. Great neighborhood and easy access to shopping and highways. If you are able to book this home you have made a good choice

This property had absolutely everything you would need for your stay. It was extremely clean, the kitchen was stocked with all the extras. The garages were spotless. Overall this is one of the best properties I have stayed at. I would rate this higher if I could ! Restaurants, shopping and walking/biking trails within 10 minutes.

Family Weekend

The property was very clean and comfortable; we enjoyed our stay. Check in was just as we had been told. I was a little disappointed in the Bed situation in Bedroom 5 downstairs. It was supposed to have 1 King bed, 1 twin bed, and 2 double beds, however, the two double beds were not beds at all but rather just air mattresses. The kitchen was pretty well stocked, snacks, etc. were really a very nice touch. I would also mention that it would be nice to have more plates and silverware available because some foods just do not work to eat off paper plates with plastic silverware. Also, we could really have used a second fry pan. Other than those glitches, we enjoyed the house and our stay for some great family time.

Wonderful Home

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. It offered well thought out spaces, that was suited for all age groups, and made our stay feel very “homey”.Our local family to this property said they will recommend this property for their extended family’s next visit because it was so clean and welcoming. You really did think of everything at this property, but if I could make one suggestion… a foldable clothes drying rack for laundry/wet suits. Otherwise, still 15 out of 10.

This property is awesome for a small family gathering. Communication was easy and timely. we were in town for our son's wedding. Being able to stay in the same location as our other two kids and our grandkids made things easier and more fun. We might have gotten more sleep if we didn't have such comfortable places to chat into the wee hours of the night. The weather was rainy but we were able to still enjoy the hot tub because it is sheltered. The kitchen is well stocked with all kinds of things you might need. The bathrooms are conveniently located and clean..the heated floor in the basement is awesome! I would definitely stay here again!

Girls Getaway Weekend

We came to the cities for a girls get away weekend. Maple Grove is a beautiful town with lots of shopping close by. Our group went to the Grease musical at the Chanhassen. It was so nice to stay at this property versus a hotel. We were able to gather and visit. Beautiful, clean, and we loved the snacks and drinks! Thank you for your wonderful hospitality!

Most accommodating VRBO ever!

We had an amazing time in this rental. 3 families came together for 2 nights and found ourselves right at home in the space. The hot tub was the cherry on top after spending all day at the mall of America. The extra touches, personalization, and effort put into the property was evident and felt throughout our stay. This place was a great place for a getaway in Maple Grove, giving good access to twin cities amenities for a very fair price. The home is fantastic, hot tub temp was a bit low when we arrived, but we turned it up and a couple hours later is mir was perfect

Beautiful home, better than the online listing, with extremely thoughtful accents around the home, and for which, the host could not be more welcoming. The home is in a wonderfully safe suburb of Minneapolis, but close to the highways for easy access to any metro location.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood

Plenty of room for our guests. Stocked with everything you need for cooking meals for the family. Tons of snacks, cereal and drinks chilled in the small refrigerator. Great snack options for guests. Host helped us right away when we couldn't open the front secured door (our fault not hers). Two car garage is tight, so we needed to leave our Honda Pilot outside. Would love to return for a future visit if we are ever in the area. Perfect place.

Great Location and reasonable accommodations

This was a great location in a great neighborhood.. The space was accommodating, but there was an unbelievable difference in temperature from the lower level to the upper level which made the lower level almost unusable. It was so cold. The other challenge was there was no comfortable couch seating arrangement to lounge back and relax. The most comfortable couch was actually in the lower level, but it was so cold down there that we really couldn’t spend any time down there even having all the vents closed, but had to turn the A/C reasonably low to try to get the upper level (where most of the bedrooms were) to be a reasonable coolness ….. most of the beds were ok but if you don’t like super firm tempurpedic foam style mattresses you will be uncomfortable. Great touches with lots of little travel size toiletries and super inviting decor. Also, if you like to have it dark in the bedrooms when you sleep so in the morning there isn’t a ton of light shining in the morning, you will not be happy with the curtains… All in all a nice place, but those items would have to change for me to book again…..

Sister and Daughter weekend

5 sisters and 3 daughters stayed for the weekend. The house was awesome, clean, well stocked with snacks, toiletries, water, coffee, etc. Beautiful home! We would definitely stay sgain.
