Overall, the hotel is nice. The issues we had were we noticed the electricity went out in the middle of the night and it was out for a few hours, which we thought was weird that a generator didn't kick in. In the morning, the elevators were still out and we were on the 4th floor and had to bring all our bags down the stairs. Something got forgotten in the closet in our room and staff were not accommodable about finding it so it is lost apparently.

Never again!

This hotel has a lot of potential but it’s just rough. The shape of it is rough, the rooms were rough; the pool area was rough.. it was just rough. Our room was dirty, a pill was found by my child upon entering the room and another one under the pull out bed. So unsafe. It is evident vacuuming isn’t done on the regular. The lampshade had something splattered on it which was gross. The bathroom and pool towels had stains on them. The pool is listed as heated but it was anything but heated. It was freezing cold and the liner is filthy looking. When the slides aren’t running it almost looks like there is a film on the water. Gross. The staff however are very friendly and accommodating. Other than the staff there really wasn’t anything fantastic about this hotel. I would not recommend it especially if you have kids and they are playing on the floor and I will not be going back.

Ok but was expecting better

Has amazing amenities but the place is disgustingly dirty and run down. When we checked into our room staff was so kind and helpful but upon entering our room there was a pill on the floor, a sock left between the two ottomans, lamps splattered with something and the bathroom tub unclean.

This motel met our needs for our one night stay. It seems old and in need of upgrading. The couch in our room looked dirty and we didn't sit on it but the bed seemed clean. A nice big room which was nice.

I cancelled a hotel that was cheaper and booked this one that was double the price specifically because it had airport transportation and my husband was arriving after midnight and wanted to ensure he safely got to somewhere to stay. Upon arriving the shuttle was not there to pick him up. When he called the hotel the staff told him “your right, the keys to the suv are here on the counter”, no solution was offered, no remorse. He was told that if he couldn’t get a Lyft to call back and they would try and get someone to pick him up. The airport closed at 1am and this was all taking place 12:30am. I booked the shuttle more than 24 hours in advance.
