The place was dirty. The service was awful. Definitely would not come back. The dog friendly hotel had no place for a dog to potty. When I asked he said go around back to a sandy area that had a no dog sign posted.

We really liked the convenience of where this hotel is located. Many shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. We were there 4 nights and didn't have any issues the entire time.

The location was good but the room was not clean when we first entered it. Underneath the bed ruffles there were crumbs, a used straw and a pill of some sort. They give you two tiny trash cans and no daily maid service. I had to empty my own trash each day and go pick up towels. The refrigerator didnt work. The property is old and in need of an update. Would not recommend

This Hotel is right on Main Street. Great location. We had a room with the balcony. It was very nice to spend evenings enjoying fresh air on it.

Check-in is officially at 4 pm. But I arrived a bit early and the front-desk lady had no interest in checking me in...I'm sure all the rooms were not magically turned over between 3:59 and 4:00. She was simply grumpy and unmotivated, expecting the late-afternoon crew to show up at 4:00 and have to deal with the customers. The room was clean and comfortable. No complaints there

The location and pool were both great! Loved being able to walk to everything in town, including our raft guide. Not the cleanest room we’ve ever stayed in, but it was fine. The room was really big which was nice and the shower was great. If we come back to stay in Moab, we would choose it again.

In the past many years the hotels we have stayed in have allowed early check in but the front clerk would not budge a bit on that policy in this establishment. The manager, however, was very accommodating with our parking. It all balances out I suppose. The back bottom area of the property was closed off due to a previous flood. Perfect place to walk our dogs. Shopping and dining was close to the hotel by foot. It was a brief but comfortable stay. There was a live band out the back door and across the street that was quite loud but shut down at 10pm.
