Easy drive to the Beaches or Golf Courses. 5 min drive to Mobile Infirmary

The backyard has fully enclosed, secure fencing for furry pups to run free and safely. It's a 10 minute walk to Starbucks downtown or to my favorite neighborhood Cafe, Nova Espresso offering great tacos.

Keurig single pod and machine provided with many flavors. It's a 5-minute walk to Greers grocery store, 15 min drive to Aldi, 10 min drive to Publix.

Lime scooters or golf cart rides are available to zip around town. There is no need for a car; easy access to all things shopping, antique stores, Restaurants, Breweries, Bars, and waterfront attractions. 3 min walk to Red Or White, 5 min walk to Moes BBQ or Breweries, 10 min walk to neighborhood bar Callahans or Ice Box.

Three off-street parking spots at side of home. Easy access walking to downtown.

NO smoking, NO party property with quiet neighbor times.

If you need an earlier or later check-out/check-in time, please ask, and we will try to accommodate your request based on cleaning crews schedule.

**Notes:** During extreme heat (triple-digit temps), AC may struggle to maintain temperatures below mid-to-high 70s in the warmest parts of the day.
