Happy and new with out the Pot!

Nice new building with all new everything. marijuana smell in the building the lobby smelled like marijuana smoke for several hours.

The property was brand new and beautiful. It was close to all kinds of shopping and restaurants. You can see the I-10 expressway from hotel grounds. The staff is friendly and the housekeeping is very helpful. Fresh fruit and muffins are served and there was plenty of parking. If you are a light sleeper, then this might not work. You can hear the expressway all night. The walls and floors allow you to hear walking above you or people beside you in next room. You can avoid by asking for top floor corner room away from interstate. I give it a 4 out of 5 for those reasons.

I was told house keeping is only offered every 7 days and because I was there five days I could not get housekeeping. That was disappointing as I could have used a good mopping, refill of tissue, bed made etc.. it’s hard having a disability.

Everything we had on the room to use for cooking was excellent. Refrigerator was just the perfect size for everything we brought for our trip. Only thing I would recommend different was the design of the walk in shower. It was not well built to keep the water from the shower head spraying beyond the curtain.

Room has full size fridge, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher , modern shower, 2 very comfortable queen beds and a sofa sleeper. It is spacious, clean & located conveniently near interstate. The breakfast is basic: coffee, muffins or breakfast bars, and bananas, but ample. The staff was welcoming and professional. It was quiet and offered fire pits that ran on a timer. Price was reasonable. Location is convenient to a visit to Bellingratj gardens.
