The accommodation includes one triple room, one quadruple room, and one bathroom shared by the two rooms.

For added convenience, guests have access to a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine with coffee pods. Please note that there is no kitchen or kitchenette available.



The villa is occupied by the owners, who live on the first floor. The main entrance is shared, while guests have their own accommodation on the second floor.



Swimming Pool Available to Guests



During the warmer months, guests can enjoy the outdoor swimming pool, perfect for relaxing and spending pleasant moments outdoors.



Please note that the swimming pool is not supervised. For safety reasons, children must be accompanied and continuously supervised by an adult. Guests are responsible for their own safety and for the safety of any minors under their supervision.

For guests arriving by car, private on-site parking is available. Guests travelling with an electric vehicle can also take advantage of the electric car charging service, available for an additional fee.
