Front desk staff were not friendly or welcoming.Staff were adamant that they would not check anyone in before 3 PM. Then at three they said my room was still being cleaned and it would be ready in half an hour. It wasn't ready until 4:15.

The manager at this property is horrible. Her staff was much better. They stole over $500.00, and I have to fight to get it back. Do not offer to pay with a debit card!

Do not believe the pictures. The place is a dump. The room I was in had water stained furniture water stained ceilings dirty carpet a broken down bed and no room safe. I have a lifted truck and had to remove my antenna account a low clearance breezeway to enter into the property. The staff was less than friendly. They acted like I was interfering with their day. I checked out and went two doors down to the fairfield inn and suites. A night and day difference.

The room was clean except for the dog hair. The bed was very, very comfortable. However, I had to call the front desk to get the TV to work. Then later when I tried to heat up my dinner, the microwave didn’t work! I did not call the front desk as I was too frustrated so I just ate cold food.
