On the ground level, you will find a kitchen-living room area equipped with an oven, four induction hot plates, a microwave, and a freezer, as well as a television for your entertainment. Additionally, there is a shower, bidet, and toilet on this level. Moving up to the first floor, you will find one double bedroom. On the second upper floor, there is a large room with two beds, a double sofa bed (140 cm), and air conditioning for your comfort. There is also a separate toilet on this level. Please note that the property does not have a heating option, but it does feature natural stone floors throughout.

These include a 12 square meter terrace with outdoor furniture and a barbecue area, providing a delightful space for al fresco dining and relaxation.
