We recently stayed with our 3 teens, and really enjoyed the Tremblant village experience. We booked a double Queen, with a Murphy bed & pullout couch, which was a great layout for our family, but the only A/C unit was beside the pull out couch, in the sitting area. The bedroom got very hot & stuffy, as it was difficult for the cool air to reach that room. The breakfast was OK, but it's a very tight space for the size of the hotel. Pool and hot tub looked lovely, but again - very small for the size of the hotel. These amenities were difficult to enjoy because they were very busy. Hotel was clean but somewhat dated. Very convenient location.

I traveled from Ontario with my husband and kids — about an 8-hour drive. We visit Mont-Tremblant every few years and absolutely love it. However, this stay at the Hilton started off a bit disappointing. When we arrived, the room felt very dark and dated. We had a lot of luggage and a wagon, and unfortunately, there were stairs to access the room, which made it difficult to lift everything up. The thermostat also wasn’t working. We had booked for three nights, so it wasn’t the welcome we were expecting. The next morning, I went to the front desk to request a room change. Rocky was helpful at first and arranged a better room for us after a 4–5 hour wait. But once the new room was ready, I didn’t appreciate her attitude — she kept repeating that she wasn’t supposed to change it and made it feel like she was doing us a big favor, even after I had explained all the issues. Her tone ruined what could have been a much better experience. That said, the hotel has a beautiful heated swimming pool and a relaxing hot tub, which we really enjoyed. The breakfast was also great — offering a good variety that changed almost every day. Overall, we love Mont-Tremblant, but the start of our stay didn’t meet our expectations for a Hilton experience.

Excellent déjeuner. Divan-lit correct dans plus (2 adultes / 2 ados). Nous avons eus un problème avec le lit principal en moins de 2h tout etait régularisé ils ont changés le box du lit. Excellent service. Très près des shows au coeur du village piétonnier.

Great hotel disappointed in Mont Tremblant this ti

Hotel room was perfect. But Tremblant has become disappointing this visit. There was no village atmosphere like there used to be. No entertainment or fireworks (even if banned how about a drone show or other entertainment?!) on Canada Day. Shops all closed early from posted hours. (Some up to 25 min earlier than hours listed) No service attitude. We have been visiting Mont Tremblant since 2002 and this will likely be the last. The lack of any village atmosphere and blatant resort money grabbing with rude customer service not just at one location but all three restaurants we ate at were rude, live employees. Store employees all rude. I’m sad and disappointed in one of my favourite resorts. It’s unfortunate- perhaps Intrawest was what made the resort cohesive in the past? There are better places to visit - Ottawa, Montreal or even Bromont has a better atmosphere. Avoid Mont Tremblant until they fix their service!
