3- At the Vélo-Gare on the first floor of our hotel complex (bike rental, repair shop, café terrace and secure garage ( $ ) at your disposal.

4- Our hotel complex is the best located for 4 seasons bike travellers (singles, couples and small families of 3-4 people.

5- Ideal for epicureans who do not want to miss anything.

Please note that the air conditioning in the downstairs bedroom is currently not functioning. The living room AC is operational and can help cool the common areas and adjacent spaces. We recommend keeping doors open to allow airflow from the living room unit.

What’s included?
We include the basics: towels, soap, toilet paper, linens, coffee machine

We DO NOT include: coffee beans, food, firewood, personal effects etc

We’ve cut out paper towels to reduce our environmental impact, and we have replaced paper towel with kitchen towels.

In case of extreme weather conditions, there is a possibility of temporary power outages. However, please note that this is very rare and not a common occurrence. We just wanted to provide this disclaimer for your awareness.

*We do not provide any firewood or propane.*

We are committed to being environmentally friendly and have decided to eliminate the use of paper towels. Instead, we provide reusable kitchen towels for your convenience. Thank you for helping us reduce waste and support a more sustainable environment!

We have very strict house rules. Please be sure to respect the following house rules to avoid any penalties or fines. Guests who disrespect any house rules will be removed from the property during their stay with NO REFUND. All guests must be fully checkout out PRIOR to 11:00 AM on the day of their checkout.

-NO SMOKING: 450$ PENALTY FEE
-NO PETS: 300$ PENALTY FEE
-ZERO PARTY TOLERANCE: Immediate eviction from the chalet
- EXCEEDING CAPACITY: 300$ BASE PENALTY + 100$ PER ADDITIONAL GUEST
- LATE CHECKOUT WITHOUT PERMISSION: 300$
- NOISE COMPLAINTS FROM SYNDICATE: 300$
- Please be aware of our neighbours, no loud noise allowed after 9pm
- Guests are expected to leave the property in the SAME condition as it was found. Any damages will be charged, and any extra cleaning/large mess will result in charges due to extra cleaning.

All garbage must be left in garbage bags, in their respective bins. Fail to do so will lead to a $250 extra fee (since we will be put at risk for potential fines from the city)

Please take out the garbage before you check-out and leave our property in the state you found it in. Bins under stairs at front entrance
