The villa has four bedrooms across three levels, ensuring comfort and privacy: two suites with double beds and private bathrooms, one bedroom with a double bed, and a mezzanine with a double and a single bed, perfect for up to three guests. A reading nook completes the relaxing spaces.



Outside, enjoy a fenced, tree-lined garden, a furnished terrace for outdoor dining, a private pool (shallow, perfect for relaxing), and a pétanque court for fun moments. Two parking spaces are available on the property.
