Beaumont, beautiful villa with private swimming pool and jacuzzi

Villa Beaumont is a beautiful modern villa in Southern France with a heated private pool and Jacuzzi, perfect for 4 guests and a baby. Set on a hillside, it offers breathtaking views over the rolling landscape. The villa is surrounded by a fully enclosed garden of no less than 6 acres, ensuring peace, space, and privacy.
Interior
Built in 2009, this holiday home in the Dordogne region is very comfortable, featuring underfloor heating and tasteful furnishings. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
The living room offers a spacious sitting area. Adjacent to the open-plan kitchen, you’ll find a large dining table with wonderful views over the private garden on two sides.
The well-equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, oven/grill, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee machine. In the utility room, a washer and dryer are available.
Villa Beaumont has two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet:
• The master bedroom (16 m²) has a double bed (160x200 cm), a large wardrobe, and an ensuite bathroom with two sinks, a shower, and a toilet.
• The second bedroom (11 m²) features two single beds (90x200 cm) and a small wardrobe. Next to this bedroom is a bathroom with a sink and spacious shower, plus a separate toilet.
Outdoors
Around the villa, you’ll find several terraces where you can choose sun or shade at any time of the day. A spacious west-facing veranda with a BBQ and large dining table is the perfect spot to enjoy spectacular sunsets.
The private pool (9x4.5 m) with light salt water instead of chlorine, and the adjacent spacious Jacuzzi, invite you to relax in total privacy. Sunbeds and deck chairs are provided for ultimate comfort.
Surroundings
The nearest village, Issigeac, is just 3 km away and offers restaurants, a bakery, butcher, bank, pharmacy, and charming local shops such as a wine boutique and gas station.
For larger supermarkets and more extensive services, Bergerac lies 14 km to the northwest. Bergerac also has its own airport, only a 15-minute drive from the villa.
Please note that pets (dogs) are not allowed at Villa Beaumont.
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be close to Saint-Félicien Church. An outdoor pool, 1 hot tub and laundry facilities are available. A private pool and Private Hot Tubs are available in the holiday home.

The property was absolutely perfect for a family. The swimming pool was a great size and depth and it was amazing to be able to use all day every day. There is lots of pool furniture around the pool to make time spent around it very comfortable. The villa is large and very picturesque with tonnes of outdoor space.The bedrooms are large and have air con plus great bathrooms.The decor of the property is modern and looks fantastic. Parking is suitable for one vehicle and we did not have any security concerns at all.The kitchen is a great size and you have everything you need in the draws for you to cook and drink. We cooked every day and the kitchen was perfect with a large fridge and separate freezer.There is a large tv in the living room with netflix and speakers which was good to have.The area itself is lovely, issigeac is only 5 minutes drive away and there are lots of bars and restaurants even tho it is a small village. It also has a park, tennis courts and a small astro turf pitch for football which was very handy.Bergerac is just over 20 minutes drive and that is also a lovely town with more bars and restaurants.There aren’t many properties near the villa so it is a lovely private spot to holiday in.The property and the location are brilliant and we would definitely stay there again, in fact we intend to!

Magnifique villa

Très belle maison avec de très beaux extérieurs. La piscine chauffée et le jacuzzi sont un vrai plus. L’endroit est extrêmement calme, idéal pour se ressourcer. L’accueil par Sandrine était top! Nous vous recommandons cette villa pour vos prochaines vacances!

Magnifique villa et environnement

L’environnement est magnifique, le placement de la villa est très bien situer sans compter la piscine et le jacuzzi. La maison est tout équipé juste des courses sont utile donc cela facilite le séjour. L’accueil est magnifique et toujours disponible en cas de question et de petit soucis. Pour finir la vue dans le jacuzzi est magnifique est apaisant avec aucun vis à vis et dormir en toute tranquillité. Merci à Sandrine on pense à vous !

Très beau séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce havre de paix, aux prestations extraordinaires. Le panorama pour observer le coucher de soleil est exceptionnel, la piscine est grande, et le jacuzzi très sympa. Nous recommandons cet endroit à 100%.
