This stylish and spacious one bedroom apartment is located in Rose Hall Montego Bay. The name of the complex is DREAM 36, situated directly beside the entrance to the Ironshore Golf Course on a private road, currently home to several gated communities. Just 10 minutes drive from Sangster’s International Airport, DREAM 36 is located near the Hotel Zone and surrounded by many options for food and entertainment.
The floor in the complex is slippery - please watch your step!
Sleeping arrangements: bedroom - one king size bed, living room - one pull out couch.
The guard on duty requests ID. Dream 36 reserves the right to deny access if not properly identified.
In order to ensure fair use of facilities booking is required for the following spaces: Conference Room, Movie Theatre, Fitness Studio and Lounge and Bar. Dream 36 reserves the right to recover funds for damage to facilities due to misuse or abuse not only for the stated facilities but for any and all common areas.
Children on the roof deck should be supervised at all times. They are required to stay away from the ledges and to use the pool under supervision.
Children and playground use: for general safety reasons we strongly urge parents/caregivers to ensure that the designated play and recreational areas are used for this purpose. Children under 16 years should be supervised by parents &/or caregivers.
The TV is Smart, no cable TV. To use paid subscriptions like Netflix, Prime etc., please log in to your personal accounts.
Pool working hours are 6:00 am - 8:00 pm. The pool is 5 feet deep.

Restaurants - Countless options for restaurants nearby covering cuisines such as Indian, Chinese, Italian, Seafood and several Jamaican Restaurants including Scotchies and more (all within 5-10 mins drive, Scotchies is 3 mins drive);
Entertainment - Doctor's Cave beach, Margaritaville and Coral Cliff (10-15 mins drive).
In Jamaica outages with providers such as Flow (internet), JPS (electricity), or NWC (water) can occasionally occur. Unfortunately, we do not have a backup system in place, so any disruptions would depend on the providers themselves.
According to the community security protocol IDs of all guests and their visitors have to be presented at the gate for records and admission to the property. IDs are recorded electronically and by written registry. Providing the first and last names of yourselves and your guests/visitors in advance is mandatory. This information will be forwarded to the security guard, as non-authorized visitors are not allowed into the complex.
Absolutely no early check ins/late check outs, no luggage drop off/luggage keeping after check out. If early check in is feasible, the cost is $30 USD per early check-in (as early as 1:00 pm Jamaican local time). Late check-outs are not permitted. Guests who remain in the property past check-out time will be charged for an additional night.
Smoking is allowed at the patio.
Chefs are not allowed on the property.
Eating and drinking in the bed and bedroom are strictly prohibited.
Our property has a maximum occupancy of 4 people, including both registered guests and visitors - we don't allow more than 4 individuals in total at any given time.
