Great location

My overall stay was good. The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of food and entertainment, which I really appreciated. However, my only complaint is that there were bugs in the room — something I found very unpleasant and disappointing.

Great stay the location was good and there were wonderful views from the hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly. Jamaican breakfast was amazing! Building has had major refurbishment but needs finishing to give this Hotel the wow factor. Would definitely go there again.

Ideal hotel for access to the Doctors Cavebeach Margaritaville Starbucks etc. Careful crossing the street. Nice new well furnished with a nice small restaurant bar. Great value helpful staff hard to do any better especially for the price.

First choice for a reasonable stay on the Hip Strip. Clean facilities, friendly staff. Nice patio area. Pool on site. Central to everything including restaurants, casino, club, shopping, beach, STARBUCKS lol! And minutes away from the airport. I always recommend since my first stay last year when they opened. Free breakfast daily. They were accommodating when I requested a room change for a different view. Room attendants were very polite. Big up my waitress friend (Zascrise, forgot her name lol) and Geo at the front desk! Cozy, I do recommend! The place a COME ON lol BAP BAP! I have to check out the spa next time. Soon come!

My first day of staying there the elevator button to the third floor broke and I had to take the steps we had a server. Her name was Georgia and she was unprofessional in every way possible I will never stay back at that facility again.

The bathroom was not cleaned well. The floor was dirty. There were two shower heads: one had black stuff coming out of it and the top water fall showerhead was broken. The staff tried their best to make up for it. The shower head was fixed right away. We were only given 2 towels for 4 people. i called 4 times and got them after 3 hours. The Alexander restaurant was very tasty! We had the free breakfast for 3 days and then ordered dinner on 5/23. The food was worth the wait! Georgette and Samantha were wonderful. Location on the Hip Strip was great! Easy walking to many places including Doctors Cave.
