Borgo located in the charming landscape of the hills of the Umbrian countryside a few kilometres from Fabbro. It is composed of four rural stone and brick manor houses with exposed beams. Its location makes it possible to enjoy a peaceful holiday. In total there are 10 flats in the Borgo, tastefully furnished in the Umbrian style.

Also available to guests is a common room for events, a versatile and welcoming space designed to host a variety of occasions, from conferences and company meetings to parties, weddings and celebrations. Its layout and furnishings are designed to encourage conviviality and functionality, creating an environment suited to different needs.
The room's furniture is flexible: tables and chairs can be easily arranged and rearranged to suit the type of event. The room is equipped with a video system and Wi-Fi connection to facilitate the enjoyment of events.

The facility is equipped with an electric car charging socket.
An optional outdoor Jacuzzi offers a unique wellness experience in a natural environment and allows the temperature to be adjusted as desired, making the Jacuzzi usable in all seasons, even during the colder months.

Nearby, in less than 30 minutes you can visit the beautiful city of Orvieto, Lake Bolsena with the splendid villages of the Latium Tuscia region, or visit the splendid Umbrian villages of Todi, Spoleto and the city of Perugia, or those in Tuscany such as Chiusi.
The area also offers nature excursions both on foot and by e-bike. Inside the property you can relax in the large garden with its shared swimming pool.

In the second farmhouse (4+2), the ground floor common room for events is a versatile and welcoming space designed to host a variety of occasions, from conferences and corporate meetings to parties, weddings and celebrations. The room's furniture is flexible: tables and chairs can be easily arranged and rearranged to suit the type of event.
