will NEVER stay again. The "heated pool" was luke warm at best. The sheets had blood stains on them. When putting the shower matt down in tub a burst of dust flew up. I asked the gal at front counter what they used to wash their bed sheets in because it caused a bad rash like an allergic reaction on grandsons' skin he had to sleep on couch, after taking a Benedril and she could care less. It was so bad I paid for 2 nights, and we left the very next morning, disappointed, and it wasn't cheap!!! stay anywhere else

This was a great stay for me my party, Thank you! The greeting at check-in could have been more inviting. The absolute most perfect location between Cannery Row & my favorite restaurant in Carmel. We enjoyed our pool/hot tub experience. Will be coming back.

Place was great, younger gal was very sweet at front desk, older woman, very rude. Elevator broke while checking out so that was a bummer, used the stairs instead. Beautiful grounds, nice hot tub, cute lounge, awesome grab and go breakfast and coffee. Location is top tier, minutes from everything. Plenty of areas to relax and enjoy your vacation with beautiful flowers, fire pits. Nothing bad to say about this place. Stay here, you will enjoy it.

The pool was nice but they locked it at 9pm. No room service x 3 nights. I had to empty my own garbage, retrieve additional toilet paper. The towels never dried. The elevator was out of service. The front desk staff didn't give a crap about the guests. This is a horrible hotel for $300.00 a night - absolutely disgusting

They upgraded me from a Single King to a double queen sized room without informing me, and assumed I was ok with it. I wanted a bigger bed and they claimed they were fully booked and couldn’t do anything about this inconvienence. They also charged $45 as a pet fee instead of the $40 they claimed when checking out. Overall our stay wasn’t terrible, but was frustrating with the communication

We were pleasantly surprised with the family townhome separation of space with two full bathrooms. We had a teen traveling with us so it was perfect for our 3 night stay! Mattresses were comfie. Our room faced a busy street, so we could hear the traffic with windows open. The upstairs vaulted ceiling was too warm while the downstairs was nice & cool. Absolutely no protein options served for breakfast. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked really nice. Great value for the space.
