I liked the swimming pool amd that it's really closed to the airport. One staff member at frint desk was really rude. Each Room only had 2 towels and did not have a microwave nor a fridge.

NOT GOOD AT ALL. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT HERE. WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED. AIPORT SHUTTLE TOOK 2 hours to arrive and go to hotel. Also room was not clean at all.

We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Upon entering the room, we noticed that the bedsheets had visible stains, which was extremely off-putting. When we tried to contact the front desk to request clean linens and extra towels, the phone in our room didn’t work, so we had to physically go downstairs to ask in person. Even after doing that, the towels we requested were never brought to our room. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was because of the advertised airport transportation. Unfortunately, this was also a letdown. The shuttle was overbooked, and we were packed in so tightly that some of us had to sit on top of each other just to fit. The driver began accelerating before passengers had a chance to sit down, causing a few people to nearly fall. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, broken amenities, unresponsive service, and chaotic transportation made for a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.

They need to pay attention to their service, be aware of their pet processes, they DO NOT know how to handle service or support pets. We got assigned a room that was not ready nor clean. My wife and her support pet were KICKED OUT of the restaurant which caused great distress to my wife as she NEEDS the support pet to be by her side. We had to wait for the room to be ready even if we arrived close to 4 PM to the hotel.

Where can I start. Worse hotel I have stayed in years. Waited 5 hours for a room. The transport van to go to the airport was not avaliable. The staff were very Unprofessional and slow. The shower didn't work properly. One second hot water then cold. The restaurant food sucked. I will never stay there again. They had over 100 people waiting on rooms for hours.
