The property must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

Loud noise is prohibited, especially after 10:00 PM. A fine will be applied after the first warning.

Access will only be granted to guests and visitors registered on the platform and notified to the host. Due to building security and access protocols, guests must send via Airbnb chat a photo of the official ID of each guest and visitor. This ID will be requested at reception to verify identity and grant access to the building.

Parties are strictly prohibited, as well as being outside the apartment with open alcoholic beverages.

Eating and/or drinking on sofas and beds is prohibited. If they become stained, an additional cleaning or replacement fee will be charged.

Towels and/or sheets will be charged if they become stained, whether due to makeup or any other substance.

Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.

If any damage to furniture and/or inventory is observed, the host must be notified as soon as possible.

Only the designated parking space may be used.

Air conditioning units must be turned off when leaving the apartment.

Pets are not allowed. In the case of a service animal, it must be approved by the host.

Amenity rules must be respected.

Keys and/or access cards must be left in the place indicated by the host.

For the living room AC to work properly, the window must be closed; for the bedroom AC, the door must be closed.

Common areas of the building must be respected. The guest will be financially responsible for any damage caused.

FINES

Violating any point of these rules may result in fines starting from $2,000 MXN.

Damage to or loss of linens, furniture, or inventory: replacement or repair cost + 25% administrative fee.

Additional cleaning due to excessive dirt, spills on fabrics, and/or smoking inside the property: starting from $1,500 MXN.

Property damage: cost of materials + labor + cost of blocked nights required for repairs.

Loss of keys and/or access cards: replacement or repair cost + 25% administrative fee.
