You'll have access to the entire apartment, located on the seventh floor and accessible by elevator. The main entrance is on Juan Ignacio Ramón Street, using a digital code for added security. You'll also have an assigned parking space.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of Monterrey, this accommodation is an 11-minute walk from Macroplaza, and the MARCO Monterrey Museum is a 14-minute walk from the accommodation. Tecnológico de Monterrey is 1.99 mi away. The airport (Monterrey International Airport) is 19.26 mi away.

Everything was perfect about this property except we could not get the tv to work and there were no instructions. A bit stingy with towels and face cloths but otherwise gorgeous and wonderful. The rooftop patio was a bonus that was not even mentioned in the ad!

Location… perfect. View… breathtaking. The space was arranged beautifully, the bed was comfortable. One thing: would have loved an extra blanket. Water pressure was great and shower spacious. Appreciated having a washer/dryer. Will definitely be staying again.

Overall, very enjoyable expect for a few details

It was well worth the price, but there were a few things that could have been better. The pillows were very flimsy & offered no head support. While walking with white socks around the loft, they got dirty quickly which told me the floor wasn’t being mopped well. I wish I had been told we needed a lighter to light the stove; there wasn’t one provided. We needed a few more towels & bathroom mats as they got dirty very quickly from our feet. I tried sweeping the floor but the dust pan was warped and all the dirt went under it instead of on it. Other places I’ve visited have had at least cooking oil & some spices; it would have been nice to have as some people like to cook at home & don’t want to buy all the basics cooking essentials while they are visiting. My husband had a trouble getting Netflix to work as the internet router was unplugged. The were 2 remotes & no instructions for easier use. The small coffee table was damaged from one of the legs. There were scuff marks on the bathroom walls that needed to be cleaned off. Wished we could have had an all-purpose cleaner to use & better paper towels too. Never found the card key to get into the building so we used the garage fob and entrance everytime. We enjoyed the view from the loft and all large windows with double screens. Location was perfect as we walked more than drove. Washer/dryer was useful expect one of the turn dials is missing. Closet space was amazing. The bed was comfortable. Kitchen and appliances were clean.
