The apartment features free fast and unlimited WIFI.
The living room features a sofa, one coffee table, 4-drawer dresser, led tv with Amazon firestick, heating panel and a bar with two stools.
The kitchen is open concept and has a stainless steel fridge, stove oven, microwave oven, and dolce gusto coffee maker. Also, has a dining table with 2 chairs.
Kitchen utensils, cutlery, flatware, glassware, and table linen are provided.
We provide tea, coffee and sugar.
Next to the kitchen is a small laundry patio with the washing-dryer machine, for exclusive use of the guests (no coins needed – laundry detergent provided).
The bedroom has a full-queen bed (bed linen provided), a big closet, a small desk area if you want to work and a AC (heating/cooling) unit.
The bathroom has a relatively small shower space and towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hair dryer and iron are provided.
The backyard / patio offers a sitting area with lots of sun and the traditional Uruguayan barbecue grill.
The apartment is located in the ground floor and their windows face the backyard / patio and the inner gardens of the building. The entrance to the building requires fob key (provided).
