The villa is atmospherically located on the marina and gently moves with the rippling water. Inside, you are surprised by the light, the open layout and the view that is visible from almost every corner of the home. A perfect place to truly get away from daily life.
The property has two bedrooms: a spacious room with a comfortable double bed and a second, cosy room with one single bed. Ideal for a couple, a family with one child, or a small group of friends. In the modern bathroom, you will find a nice shower and there is a separate toilet – practical and pleasant.
The kitchen is equipped with all conveniences: a microwave, dishwasher and complete inventory make cooking easy. Whether you want to cook extensively or prefer to warm up something simple - you have everything at hand.
