Outside, enjoy an intimate little terrace for your outdoor meals, or a moment of relaxation in the sun in the large tree-lined garden shared with three other houses on the estate. And for refreshing moments, a communal swimming pool is at your disposal during the fine weather (open from 1st May to 28th September).



This charming 70m² stone house offers you a welcoming atmosphere and all the comfort necessary for a pleasant stay. The living area welcomes you with a cosy lounge equipped with reversible air conditioning, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. Share your meals around the dining table or settle in comfortably for a moment of reading or relaxation.



The independent kitchen is fully equipped: gas hob, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, as well as all the crockery and utensils necessary for preparing good home-cooked meals.



On the night side, the house has two bedrooms on the upper floor: a first one comprising a Queen Size bed (160/200), a sofa, and a table, and a second one with two single beds (80x190) and a table as well, ideal for a family or two couples. The bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains.



A bathroom with a bathtub, toilet and hairdryer completes the set.



For even more comfort, you will have a washing machine and outdoor parking.
