Villa Morotti is a splendid villa located in Montone, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, in the Umbrian countryside. Surrounded by a fenced garden with lawn, the property boasts two covered patios: one is equipped with a dining table for 10 people while the other serves as a lounge area with a sofa and seats, ideal for relaxing while sipping a good glass of wine.

Among the outdoor spaces you will find a lovely pool (9.5 x 5 m), open from 1st May to 30th September, and equipped with: sun loungers, parasol, swing, and a jet of water for cervical massage.

Near the pool, there is a heated outdoor hot tub and a sauna with an adjacent shower. Access to both facilities is available at an additional cost.

Moreover, the villa has a large brickwork barbecue, perfect for preparing tasty grills with friends.

Lastly, at guests' disposal an uncovered private parking (for 6 cars), and a charging point for electric cars.

Internal Description

Spread over 3 floors, Villa Morotti can accommodate up to 12 people, has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

The property is provided with Wifi Internet, mosquito nets in all windows, a billiard table, a ping-pong table, a baby bed, and a high chair. Air conditioning is available in 4 bedrooms and in the living area. Pets are allowed on request.

Basement floor: In the basement there is a living room with double sofa bed, tv and games for children. Then you will find a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom with shower.

Ground floor: The ground floor consists of a large living area, surrounded by large windows and French windows that give access to the covered patio and garden. The living area is furnished with 4 sofas (including 2 double sofa beds), fireplace, tv, and wooden dining table for 10 people. Following is a modern kitchen, equipped with: stove, dining table for 4 people, coffee machine, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and dishwasher.

Also on this floor you will find: a sitting room with tv and fireplace, 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower.

First floor: The upper floor houses 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with hot tub.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi; house, garden and pool maintenance.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (300.00€); extra cleaning (20.00€ per hour); charging point for electric cars; use of the sauna (200.00€ for 90 minutes); use of the hot tub (300.00€ per stay - must be booked before arrival). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0,50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500,00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
