We propose to you to rent, on the commune of Montpellier, this charming flat located located in the pedestrianised centre of the Ecusson district, entirely renovated in 2021, within a private mansion of the place of Canourgue, of a surface of 76 m ² with a height under ceiling of 3m70 and being able to accomodate until 4 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room of 28 m² (with decorative fireplace), an open plan kitchen, two nice bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The flat is very bright and is composed as follows:
- A living room of 28 m² with TV, fireplace (decorative), sofa and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with: central island, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190).
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.

The flat is ideally located in the heart of the old town in the Ecusson district, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

Come and discover the city of Montpellier and its rich heritage in the heart of the Occitanie region and about ten kilometres from the Mediterranean Sea, which has been awarded the label "Ville et Pays d'Art et d'Histoire" in 2019.
- What to see and do in Montpellier: the Place de la Comédie, the Charles de Gaulle esplanade, the Peyrou, the banks of the Lez, the Saint Pierre cathedral, the Fabre museum, the Agropolis museum, the Jardin des Plantes, the Mare Nostrum aquarium...
- Tourist sites: visit the vineyards and olive groves of the Languedoc, the Pic de Saint-Loup, the Grande Motte, Aigues Morte, Palavals-les-flots, the Thau basin, Sèté...

If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park near the flat where you will find paying car parks.

- Nearest train station: Montpellier-Saint-Roch train station located at about 12 minutes walking distance or Montpellier-Sud de France train station, plan to take a taxi.
- Nearest airport: Montpellier airport located about 55 minutes away by tram and 20 minutes by car.

- As it is located on a pedestrian street, the flat is not accessible by car.

Great apartment in a perfect location

The apartment is spacious, has many amenities & is very well located. We had an issue with the washing machine, yet we were reimbursed for the laundromat expense by the owners. Very reputable!

We received conflicting check in I formation and multiple contact email and phone numbers which made our check in a multi-hour process in very hot conditions. The apartment is fairly well equipped but the dangerous heat levels and 1 fan for the whole apartment made being there unpleasant. Nights were extremely noisy if you opened the window and stifling hot if you didn’t. We would not stay here again.

Le Saint Firmin "Well located apartment close to food markets, restaurants and shopping. 🙂 It was well positioned in Montpellier, walking distance to everything. The staff were great to deal with and very accommodating. The apartment was light and bright and spacious. 🙁 The first bedroom was near the front door so any movement out in the hall and stairs from other tenants woke us every night. The information sheet in apt was only in French unlike other apartments we had stayed in which offered English knowing we weren’t French. Being a foreign city and country any information is handy to have on the operations of the apartment and any suggestions on the location."

Le Saint Firmin Great location, but a few issues take away from the experience. There are no curtains in any of the rooms, including the bedrooms, so it was difficult to sleep. The key for the front door doesn’t really work so you have to rattle it for several minutes. Finally, although there is a coffee machine there are no capsules. All that said, we did have a good stay and the house was otherwise comfortable.

Permet de tout faire à pied dans le centre ville de Montpellier : visites, aller à la gare, faire les courses, les restos, ... Appart nickel, très bien équipé et calme. 🙁 Pas de chauffage du tout en arrivant. Fin décembre cela aurait été appréciable. La machine à café Nespresso version Vertuo qui n est pas classique et oblige à aller en boutique Nespresso. Pas contacté par l agence la veille du départ pour indiquer comment laisser l'appartement derrière nous. Donc classiquement on a laissé les serviettes par terre dans la salle de bain et les draps sur les lits. Les toilettes séparées d une salle de bain aussi grande aurait été appréciable, surtout à 4 ;-)"

Décoration identique aux photos et descriptions de l’annonce. Le seul bémol : l’absence de rideaux aux grandes fenêtres ne permettant pas de longs sommeils (luminosité de la rue dérangeante et réveil au petit matin !).

Pratique à pied, accès rapide aux commerces, restaurants et transports en commun. Un excellent choix pour visiter Montpellier."
