Absolutely mind blowing how poor the service was. Waited in line to check in for about 45 minutes and not a SINGLE person was helped. Another lady came back down and said her key worked for her room but it was already occupied. She walked in and another gentleman was hanging out minding his own business. Many other people complained that their keys weren’t working as well. Place was dirty and very unappealing. The two “employees” showed no interest in helping anyone and were rude. After waiting over an hour at this point and being offered free drinks in the CHECK IN line, we decided to leave and book at a neighboring Hilton. We also saw several other people at the Hilton that were waiting in line initially at The Radisson. Save yourself the trouble and pay a bit more for fast service and clean rooms at another hotel. Never had an experience like that before.

Hotel under renovation

Hotel is under renovation, never saw this before booking. It’s a mess, not a typical Radisson. Room wasn’t exactly clean and the so called Reno’s are cheaply done.

Personnel accueillant. Belle suite propre et rénovée. Atrium avec la piscine et la table de ping pong est un plus. Malheureusement, l’insonorisation laisse à désirer car nous avons été réveillés plusieurs fois durant la nuit par un bébé qui pleurait dans la chambre d’à côté.

Huge property and quite deceiving from the outside

This place would be terrific for a hockey team tournament as some of the rooms face the large pool, restaurant and lounge space. We are seniors now and past that wonderful time partaking in hockey tournaments! One night stay and checked out at 3:50am to go to the airport. Kids in the pool and running the hallways. Toilet didn’t flush but maintenance fixed it quickly. Excellent shuttle and wonderful front desk staff. A little run down but pretty clean. Would stay again.

Our stay was ok. There was a lot of noise inside and out. We did not know that there is a balcony connecting all rooms on the outside and a play area where most of the noise came from. We did not like the sink separate to the bathing area. The lighting in the room wasn’t great around the sink area.

Stay was ok. Having a free airport shuttle is convenient. It seems like rooms were renovated, living space needs more lighting. Tiny shampoo and conditioner bottles. on our check out day the elevator didnt work so we have to walk 5 luggages down the stairs.

The shower/bathtub bottom did not have a slip free mat or coating as well as a handrail. I jave slupped ina hotel tub before and feel this is a safety concern and an easy.fix.
