Late arriving Fire alarm went off 4 times Then i was told check out at 11 but on line was 12. I received a call at 9 asking if i needed shuttle that woke me even though i had told them upon checkin i didnt need shuttle. When i tried to use the water there was none. Was not able to wash face get shower etc. The pipes had froze during the night yet i was not notified when they called at 9:00 a.m.

We were told up one check in that breakfast was included, only to find out the next morning that it was a restaurant within the hotel and included additional expenses. The airport shuttle was convenient, until the 15 minute drive to the airport took over an hour due to the driver forgetting passengers at another hotel and turning around after nearly arriving at the airport. When we finally arrived at the airport, we were then dropped off at the completely opposite end of the airport after it had previously been confirmed where we needed to go. Check in was very easy and fast with courteous staff, room was very clean, bed is super comfortable pillows are lacking (but I’m picky about pillows) while the restaurant is pricey the food was great and you are paying for the convenience, bar tender was talkative and attentive while we ate. Will definitely stay here again before a flight.
