2.Luggage Drop-Off:
Luggage drop-off is permitted only before the check-in time and not after the check-out time.

3. No Smoking Indoors 🚭
Smoking inside is strictly prohibited. Use designated outdoor areas. Penalty: $500.

4. Pet Policy 🐾
Pets are welcome, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay and an additional fee. Notify us in advance.

5. Quiet Hours 🤫
Keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Let’s respect our neighbors.

6. No Parties or Events 🎉❌
Parties, large gatherings, and events are not allowed. Penalty: $1,000, plus immediate termination of your stay without a refund.

7. Security & Valuables 🔒
Secure all windows and doors when leaving. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

8. Use of Appliances & Amenities ⚙️
Use all appliances responsibly. Report any issues, and we’ll take care of them!

Location was excellent. The host was very easy to communicate with and had very clear Checkin instructions. Only a few negatives the 2nd bathroom shower is too small an avg size person cannot fit and the door coming out of the bathroom doesn’t open fully because the washer/dryer are blocking. The other negative is one bedroom had an extremely squeaky wobbly bed the others were good and linens were all clean. The apt was clean and had plenty of kitchen utensils. The couch needs to be cleaned it’s old and dirty.

The apartment worked out perfectly for me and 3 friends. We appreciated that we each had our own room and 2 bathrooms. The location worked out great, easy to get to all the places we wanted to visit, and lots of restaurants in the area.

Disappointing experience

I booked this property based solely on the pictures provided by the host. While it is clear that he provided pix to show the best features, he failed to provide all of the details in the listing. The apartment is a third floor walk up. There is no elevator. The first six steps into the building are steep and there is no handrail. One of the members of our party was 84 years old with limited mobility so these two issues were non-starters for us. Other issues that we had, the smoke detector had been removed. The host tried to tell me that it was there, but it was not. We found used band-aids on one a wall in one of the bedrooms. The only AC is in the living room. One of the bedrooms has no windows. The towel rack and toilet paper holder in the bathroom fell off the wall after one use. Many of the towels provided were actually bath mats - very small and hardly usable for one to take a shower. The legs on one of the beds is lashed together. All of these issues were raised with the host. I acknowledge that the host offered us a first floor apartment BUT, we spoke with the boys vacating the first floor apartment and learned they also had issues that went unaddressed. They booked through a different platform and were issued a partial refund. We declined his offer and moved to a hotel. The host has declined to provide a partial refund for the days we did not stay.

Great place, loved the location. Quiet neighbours in the building while we were there, and also the neighbourhood was great. 10 minutes from Metro, close enough to downtown St Laurent bars you could walk. Grocery store right nearby too.
