Horrible property. Had live wire hanging from ceiling… no cover on baseboard heater in the tiny bathroom. Bathroom had mould, chips on the wall, tub had big stain marks. This is the first time ever, we had to pay a deposit to get the remote for the TV ! Another first time for us, we had to put in a deposit to get the small little key to the room!

The attitude of staff was disgusting, there was no control of A/C in the room, when we asked to shut it off, she did not come saying that she has customers, the washroom basin was leaking, fridge was very dirty, there was no coffee machine in the room, I called Expedia and their response was also not good.

Room have not been cleaned at all before i got there. There was hairs on the bed, in the bathtub, on the toilets. Toilet was dirty, microwave and desk were also dirty. There was bugs. Couldnt be refunded. AVOID AT ALL COST

This was a last minute booking, another place I had tried to get filled up while I was attempting to book it. So this location was my last choice (the Grand Motel Sainte-Hubert). The regular night charge was $60/night, but because of the F1, they were charging $420 for 2 nights! This place is a dump. The bathroom door didn’t close properly, the sheets were miss matched and in need of replacing, the bathroom sink and toilet were in need of replacement, the carpet was thread bare in areas, the paint was yellowed and you had to leave an additional $20 for the TV remote that didn’t even work properly. The beds and the furniture should have been taken to the dump. There was no WiFi when we arrived in the room, so I went back to the office to find out what was going on. The staff was belligerent and stated it must be a problem with my phone, however, in the office it was working fine. So I demanded that it be fixed. The acting (?) manager told me the router at my location was out and would take him an hour to fix it. It did take an hour and it was out again the next day. The pool on the property is a garbage pit and the grounds haven’t been maintained in any way whatsoever. If you have an need of accommodations in this area and nothing else is available, do yourself a favour and sleep in your car.

Conditions were horrible, the smell of mold as soon as you open the door, stained blankets. We didn’t stay for even 10 minutes. Couldn’t do it
