I don’t think too many people talk about the fact that there is no elevators to the actual rooms in these reviews. When you have big suitcases and have to go to the third floor of the hotel it is rather cumbersome. The hotel itself was nice but I would say that was our biggest complaint.

Hotel gets 5 stars from me. Super convenient and staff is friendly and helpful checking in and out. The hot tub and sauna is an amazing feature. We used the metro and the station is right under the hotel so very easy to get around. Very close to the bus stops. No doubt I would stay here again. Close to Saint Catherine's and dining options. The ducks outside were adorable. We did not get the hotel parking as I found a lot nearby that was less as my car was above the height limit for their garage.
