Good location. Core downtown area near shopping and local attractions. Wonderful outdoor pool. Just note that elevator access is limited and staff do not mention easy access routes to rooms. Lots of passageways and stairs make it very inconvenient to get to rooms with luggage. It wasn’t until check out that staff indicated elevator access existed. Also note there is a new renovated section. We stayed in the older section which needs cleaning and felt very tired.

The 10th floor lobby was a bit unusual and we were surprised that the breakfast included in the room rate was in a different location than the main restaurant which had a bigger buffet and open seating area. The cleaning staff was excellent and the valet were friendly and helpful.

The hotel was stunning. Amenities and room were just beautiful. We visited the restaurant and the staff were a little rude, but otherwise a great stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall great experience especially with the outdoor pool temperature flexible according to season changes, however, there are some facts that better to know before booking. The hotel does not provide any water bottles in the room & charges extra. Also, buffet breakfast is quite basic with only fries option changes every day & does not worth the price. No pancakes or waffles at all which was wierd.

We loved it! The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and we were lucky to have a view of the garden/duck pond. It was really quiet and lovely to wake up to in the middle of a city. But most of all, we loved the rooftop pool! We spent a good amount of time poolside as a family. We would definitely go back. (Even my teens agreed!) Our only thing was the breakfast - the options were ok, but some of the items weren’t as fresh or weren’t appetizing. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel- resort like with everything (pool, outdoor gardens, dining,…) on the tenth floor of the building. It feels a little like a secluded oasis. The hotel is pretty busy, but service was good despite the many guests there.
