Condo was perfect for us, clean, and quiet. Beds were comfortable. Easy access to property and good communication with the host. Our only wish was that we had more silverware, glasses, and dishes, as those items were very limited. Would stay here again.

Midway Montreal

I helped moved my son to Montreal with my daughter along for the ride. This condo had all that we needed to settle and relax. It had easy access to main bus route linking to the Metro Station with trains running regularly to downtown. Overall decent amenities but limited access to groceries and restaurants. It was quiet and air conditioned with laundry facilities which we appreciated. It was perfect for our purposes. Checking in/out was seamless and communication was timely.

Weeks Stay In Montreal

First, I'd like to say that the manager communicated with me often. It was warm in Montreal and the two bedroom apartment had one small split unit in the living room/ kitchen and we had to use a fan to push the cool air around. Except for this building the neighborhood seems kind of sketchy. We were assured that our car would be fine in the parking garage which we had to pay for.

Would stay there again. Just what we needed

Great place to stay if you don't want to be in the middle of the city. Getting around was easy with a bus stop 3 min walk to go into the city and in front of the building for return back. Metro 10-15 min walk. The apartment was clean and well stocked with items not always provided at some at other places. (dishwasher pods, laundry soap, charger block). Beds were very comfortable. It was quiet and we felt safe. Parking wasn't an issue. Just pay attention to the day you have to move your car for trash day. We only cooked breakfast so kitchen supplies were sufficient. If you have more than 3 guests or plan to do a lot of cooking, you may want to ask about kitchen items. We had one communication issue at check in but John at VRBO was a great help and was able to get the info we needed.

Cozy, well appointed, good location

Our group of six adults stayed at this property for three nights. The apartment (two bedroom + living room) was a little tight for us, but we had everything we needed, so our overall experience was very good. The hosts were kind and responsive. Paid parking on the premises was a big plus, since street parking in Montreal can be a nightmare. Would stay there again!

Nice getaway!

Just the right size and comfort for a quick family trip. 20 minute drive from everything- with all the amenities needed at the apartment. The host was very helpful and responded promptly while we were there.

Appartement très agréable

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. L'immeuble et l'environnement sont plaisants. Même si nous ne sommes pas en plein centre, toutes les commodités sont à proximité avec en bonus le bus au bas de l'immeuble (90 et 104). Notre hôte a été parfait et a su être à notre écoute pour nos besoins matériels supplémentaires. Une mention spéciale pour le roof-top. Nous pensons revenir ! Gwenaëlle

Close to a perfect stay

The property was very impressive - newly renovated. We had issues with the TV and the property manager came promptly to replace it with a new one - much appreciated how quickly they responded and acted. The only negative I had was that while we were making plans to travel, I had questions for the property owner/manager and did not receive any responses. Once we were actually in the apartment, the responses were very timely

We only had 4 towels total in the condo. We also had two rolls of toilet paper for 4 people for 5 days. Kitchen was not equipped very well. I true icing on the cake was that our Jeep was stolen on Sunday afternoon in Old Montreal.

The property is in a good convenient location. The indoor parking was great with winter conditions. The unit was clean, very well equipped, and good value for the money.
