Everything was awful the room was not cleaned Prior to my stay , there were dead insects in the room , internet didn’t work . Staff was never present . Just a terrible experience.

It was very dirty. Old soap and shampoo containers left in the bathroom. There wasnt even a toilet paper roll holder. Huge stains on the floor. Three massive holes in the bathroom door. Smelled like smoke and was a non smoking room. Bed was so soft that it tilts to one side when you lie down. I'm not sure if it said it was supposed to be air conditioned or not, but it was a sweat box.

Don’t believe the pictures!

Well they kept my 100$ security deposit, know answer at the front desk at 7:45 to return it. the bathroom had mold on the joints, the potted ceiling lights were more than half burnt. When you turned on the bathtub light, the exhaust made a horrible noise! The bedding was stained and the property in general was dirty and run down!

Bathroom has a bugs and flies with lots of cockroaches, main door is not opening easily - everytime you have to apply a brute force to open it. There is only one small light in the room. Very bad condition of the facility

Les ampoules des encastrés étaient presque tous absentes ou brûlées, donc trÚs sombre. Moisissures au plafond de la mini salle de toilette. Le bain tourbillon n'était pas trÚs propre et on devait se doucher assis dedans, car aucune douche autre. L'odeur dans la chambre était horrible, ça sentait le renfermé et la cigarette, alors que c'est une chambre non-fumeur. Quand nous sommes revenus pour la seconde nuit, rien n'avait été fait, les serviettes mouillées encore sur le bord du bain et le lit pas refait. TrÚs déçue. Le seul point fort, le matelas était confortable.

The area was quite nice; an on-site gazebo, sitting area with a gorgeous waterfront view of the St. Lawrence River, point Jacques-Cartier and downtown Montreal in the background. It’s conveniently by the highway and a large shopping complex in Brossard. The front desk clerks at check in and checkout were friendly. Parking was free and in front of our door (#28). Thankfully, the bedsheets were clean! The microwave and small fridge were dirty. The door and window locks were functional. As for the negatives. It’s clear the property is used for prostitution. This alone, along with its traffic made it feel unsafe. A cleaning lady was cleaning rooms as we checked in and during the night. I assumed she had a break at one point, but early in the morning she was rolling her cart up and down the walkway, cleaning these rooms. Our room had evidence of cigarette smoke and the furniture was outdated. The bathroom, especially the tub, was not cleaned well. My husband and I were informed at checkout that the initial clerk should have given us a remote for the AC for our room. This property has great potential, but not at this time. I recommend this motel for one night.

Bed was one of the worst beds I’ve slept on, unknown white stains on pillows, empty box of condoms in a drawer,what looked like ear wax stains on the sheets. Only redeeming quality was the view by the water. Way too overpriced for what you get.

A bannir !

6 dodos, 3 jeunes enfants et 1 chien. DĂ©goĂ»tant ! Ça pu, les draps pas propre, les serviettes tĂąchĂ©s/trouĂ©. Le bain! DĂ©gueulasse ! Il y avait une epaisse couche de crasse au fond, on a dĂ» mettre une serviette au fond pour embarquĂ©. DĂšs la 1ere journĂ©e j'ai achetĂ© du nettoyant et j'ai frottĂ© un peu partout, j'ai fait les planchĂ©s aussi. Seule la dame tres gentille de l'accueil parlait français, les autres chinois. Je mettais la poubelle a l'extĂ©rieur pour faciliter leur travail.. ben non, jamais ils ne l'ont ramassĂ© ni remit de sac a poubelle. La dame de "l'entretien" si on peut appeler ca comme ça, a littĂ©ralement balancĂ© a mon chien, qui Ă©tait attachĂ© a un arbre, un gros plat de macaroni gratinĂ© d'une des chambre. J'Ă©tais outrĂ©!!! J'ai Ă©videmment intervenu avant que mon chien n'en mange. Avant de partir j'ai retirĂ© les draps et taies d'oreillers. En espĂ©rant qu'ils vont les changer et pas juste les remettre. On a quand mĂȘme fsit 6 nuits nous lĂ . Pu jamais!
