Pas du tout comme sur les photos nous sommes arriver la chambre sentais la cigarette les drap du lit était tacher et troué de brûlure de cigarettes la lumière ne fonctionnait pas nous avons quitter immédiatement demandant un remboursement à la réception et impossible. I had a terrible experience at Motel Rideau. The room was dirty, with dead bugs in the bedding and live cockroaches. My husband was bitten, and when I reported this to the manager, he blamed me instead of helping. He refused to clean the room, change it, or offer any compensation. We had to leave in the middle of the night and book another hotel, which caused extra stress and unexpected costs. The lack of cleanliness and poor management ruined our trip. This stay was unacceptable and I strongly do not recommend this motel.

This is a sneaky place. I heard he rented out to prostitute and you see cops driving around all day all night. Stay away from this place. It’s nasty as mould everywhere in the washroom. Blood on the bedsheet cigarette burn on the on bedsheet smells so bad you can’t sleep we have to right away

The rooms were not at clean, specifically the washroom ! The tenants around seemed suspicious and we felt quite unsafe the whole night. I had just drove from Scarborough to Quebec City and then from quebec city to Montreal at this motel ! Need a major renovation for both the property and the image of the motel !
